Yeah, pretty much all major property management companies accept it. If you're with a smaller landlord, it might be worth a quick email, but I haven't heard of any issues.

Yeah, they're legit. My policy is underwritten by a big insurance company, not just Jetty themselves. It's totally fine.

It depends. If you're good about getting your full deposit back, maybe not, but if you're like me and usually lose a bit, it's nice to just pay a small fee instead of a big chunk up front.

Usually, your landlord will give you a specific link to sign up through, and the discount gets applied automatically during the quote. I don't think there's a box for a code.
